Raisins and nuts were yesterday: Fruitballs are the healthy, energy source that are as delicious as they look!

Ingredients

• 2/3 dried apricots
• 1/3 walnuts
• 1 tablespoon grated coconut
• even more grated coconut to cover the balls

Preparations

Mix all ingredients in a blender, until you get a smooth mixture. Now form little balls out of it and cover it with the grated coconut. Keep it in the fridge and enjoy and share!

Advice: Fruitballs can be made with any dried fruits and nuts. Here a few ideas:
• haselnut, dates and cocoa powder
• almonds, dates and cinnamon (christmassy)
• macademia, raisins and cocoa
